The Contractor owes the following services:
- Sale and delivery of hardware
- Purchase and/or leasing of user licenses to KfW for standardized software solutions
- Ongoing maintenance and servicing of hardware and software by providing patches, updates and upgrades, as well as new software releases or software versions developed by the manufacturer, in the event of hardware defects also by replacing devices if necessary.
- Support in the sense of eliminating any malfunctions that may occur - if necessary with the involvement of the manufacturer - and answering KfW's questions regarding the use of the solutions used
- Topic-specific consulting and support services in project form (e.g. rollout support, configuration support, error analysis, etc.)

The deliveries and services are divided into the following lots:

? Lot 2: Network security - KfW 2024-0030
? Lot 3: DDI - KfW 2024-0031
? Lot 4: Email security - KfW 2024-0032
? Lot 5: Proxy - KfW 2024-0034

Contractor owes its services for the respective lot for which it has been awarded the contract.

The Contractor shall provide the services as described in Section 2 (Cross-lot services) and in Section 3 of the service description for the following components:

? Switches, routers and WLAN infrastructure
? NAC infrastructure
? Management systems for operating the components
o Authentication (Cisco ISE Radius \/ Tacacs)
o Administration Cisco Catalyst Center
o Management Campus (Cisco DNA Center)
o Nexus Dashboard Insights
