The content of the services listed in the bill of quantities is the provision of replacement power systems at the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research in Stuttgart for the construction project Renovation Technology Infrastructure III:

Replacement of emergency power unit as containerized unit, SV main switchgear 5 bays, extension of existing switchgear 2 bays, empty conduit route to container location in the outdoor facility, power cable run, power cable in functional integrity, raised floor system for switchgear room, integration into existing situation, dismantling and disposal of old unit, construction power supply for BE area.

Special note regarding bidder questions due to special external events (e.g. Sars-COV-2 or Ukraine war): When preparing your offer, please take into account any possible or recognizable impairments, e.g. with regard to the availability of materials and products, manpower, a possible delay in the provision of required evidence, effects on any subcontractors, etc. Any questions arising in this context should be submitted in good time before the tender deadline via the eProcurement messaging system.

Execution deadlines: Execution must begin
within 12 working days of receipt of the request by the client (§5Abs. 2 Satz 2 VOB\/B). The request is expected to be received by 23.12.2024.

The work is to be completed (ready for acceptance):
within 320 working days after the above-mentioned deadline for the start of execution.

This is calculated at 5 working days per week.
