Description
The construction work to be carried out is dredging work to maintain and restore the required depths and widths in the secondary areas of the Elbe (maintenance dredging) and temporarily in the main Elbe (deep channel) using the water injection method in the years 2025 to 2027.
The contract period is 24 months from 01.02.2025 to 31.01.2027.
During the contract period, 8,000 dredging hours and 3,000 empty kilometers are expected to be commissioned.
In principle, daily use of a WI machine is planned for the duration of the contract.
It is intended to award the aforementioned construction services for a further 12 months and in accordance with Section 3 EU Para. 3 VOB\/A in conjunction with Section 3a EU Para. 3 No. 5 VOB\/A to the contractor who has been awarded the contract for this contract as part of a negotiated procedure without a competitive tender.
Subject to the commissioning of the repeat services, the performance period ends on 31.01.2028 at the latest.
