Description
The client requires support in the area of project management, the project management office (PMO) and in the management and monitoring of the service providers involved in the "GeFa" project in an agile project approach.
The aim of the program is to develop a user-friendly, barrier-free and future-proof specialist procedure for all specialist areas of ordinary jurisdiction, the public prosecutor's offices and the specialist jurisdictions of all 16 federal states and the federal government.
