Germany - The client plans to adapt the gas consumption appliances (GVG) in its L-G

Description

The client is planning to adapt the gas consumption devices (GVG) in its Gladbeck and Bottop L-gas network areas from natural gas L (low calorific gas) to natural gas H (high calorific gas). The network area in Gelsenkirchen is largely already an H-gas network. In the client's network area, there are currently approx. 30,000 metering locations (approx. 36,000 GVG at a factor of 1.2), of which approx. 44 are RLM customers. Two switching dates in May 2028 (approx. 17,500 meters) and August 2028 (approx. 12,500 meters) are currently provisionally planned. With this tender procedure, the client is initially only looking for a service provider for the technical project management. The other services of collection and adaptation as well as quality assurance will be put out to tender at a later date.
