Description
The client, Freizeitgesellschaft Metropole Ruhr mbH, has been operating a large public leisure and health pool in Vonderort since 1974, which has been out of operation in its main components (saltwater pool with 300m² in a 700m² hall) since 2019 due to irreparable pool damage.
The project planning and parts of the technical building services planning (heating [KG 420] and ventilation technology [KG 430] as well as the service phases 1-2+ of the following service profiles) were already awarded to the project planner in 2021. In the meantime, with the help of the planning services already provided (LP 1-2+), a provisional commitment of funding amounting to several million euros for a general refurbishment of the swimming pool has been achieved. For the final funding, however, it is necessary to continue planning the documents, for which the additional TGA planning services tendered here are now also required.
A staged planning assignment will be put out to tender. This tender procedure is being used to seek further MEP planning services for all plant groups (except KG 420-430) from service phase 3:
