Germany - The city of Solingen requires the following within the framework of the order processing (AVV) according to Art. 2

Description

The City of Solingen requires a complete service package for the digitization of paper documents as part of the order processing (AVV) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, which deals with the digitization of archived files:
? File preparation and processing,
? software-supported document recognition and indexing,
? ? collection from several of the client's locations,
? secure storage at the contractor's premises and
? either secure file destruction or return delivery to the client.

The digitized files are then to be transferred to the digital archive (SAP HCM with AddOn XFT, D3) of the City of Solingen.

The first step is to assume approx. 1.5 million sheets from approx. 15,000 files. The order is to be placed on the basis of a framework agreement.
