The city of Neumünster intends to merge the Tungendorf-Dorf and Tungendorf-Stadt local fire brigades and build a joint new fire station in Tungendorf (Am Kamp). The subject of the tender is the planning and construction of the building project as a total contractor. The core of the building is to consist of a vehicle hall and other operationally necessary uses. In the course of the construction work, a modern, functional fire station with a usable area (NUF) of approx. 780 m² will be built on the approx. 4,700 m² site. In addition to the 5 category 2 parking spaces in accordance with DIN 14092, the room program includes a workshop area, rooms for the children's and youth fire department as well as the necessary office, social and teaching rooms.
