Description

The City of Leverkusen invites tenders for the supply and regular replacement of dust control mats. The dirt-trapping mats are to be provided by the contractor in the municipal service buildings and facilities and replaced on a monthly basis; it is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure the supply and replacement of the dirt-trapping mats in the municipal buildings on a monthly basis. The contractor shall submit to the client a list with a schedule for the replacement of the dust control mats. The tendered service includes the locations listed in Annex 1 with the corresponding quantities of dust control mats. The scope of the service buildings and facilities to be supplied as a result of building additions and disposals and the number of mats to be supplied may change during the term of the contract. This may affect the demand for dust control mats. Additional requirements must be secured in accordance with the client's requirements at the prices offered. The City of Leverkusen currently has dust control mats on display at approx. 90 locations, in the following sizes and quantities:- 60 cm x 90 cm 10 pieces- 85 cm x 150 cm 117 pieces- 115 cm x 200 cm 122 pieces- 130 cm x 250 cm 82 piecesThese figures, which serve as a basis for calculation, cannot be used to derive a minimum purchase quantity.The dirt-trapping mats must meet the following minimum requirements (technical data and quality features):- Safety edge (trip-proof border)- Back of mat made of non-slip material- Water absorption 3-4 liters/sqm- Total height up to approx. 10 mm- Antistatic effect- Wear and abrasion resistant- Fire protection certification in accordance with building material classes B1, B2A product description and proof of classification in the building material class (test certificate, test report) must be enclosed with the offer.The dirt-trapping mats must be offered in the standard dimensions specified above and at least in the colors anthracite and grey. Deviations from the above dimensions are permitted within a tolerance range of 7 cm per side.the delivery period is a maximum of 2 weeks after the order has been placed.deliveries must be made free to the point of use to the various municipal points of use.the client reserves the right to sample the items offered. Samples are only to be submitted on request and made available free of charge.
