The City of Königswinter intends to invite tenders for the modernization of the lighting system for the conversion of a wing in the Oberpleis school center. Place of execution: a) Gymnasium am Ölberg, Weilerweg 25, 53639 Königswinter; b) Schulzentrum Oberpleis, Integrative Gesamtschule, Dollendorfer Str. 64, 53639 Königswinter; The lighting system of the school complex will be refurbished. Presence detectors will be replaced; 2.: Ancillary rooms and functional rooms: 55 ancillary rooms will receive 247 LED lighting fixtures; 3.: Lighting calculations: The tender includes lighting calculations to ensure optimal; lighting conditions; 4: Cabling and control components: Partial cabling as well as the integration of; control components such as presence detectors, motion detectors, buttons and switches are planned; The modernization of the lighting in LED technology includes the following aspects \/; services in component C (lot 2):; 1: Classrooms: A total of approx. 72 classrooms will be; equipped with approx. 809 LED lighting fixtures. Presence detectors will be replaced; 2.: Ancillary rooms and functional rooms: 71 ancillary rooms will receive 374 LED lighting fixtures; 3.: Lighting calculations: The tender includes lighting calculations to ensure optimal; lighting conditions; 4: Cabling and control components: Partial cabling as well as the integration of; control components such as presence detectors, motion detectors, push-buttons and switches are planned.
