The City of Königswinter intends to invite tenders for a contract from 01.01.2025 for a period of 24 months for the transportation of schoolchildren in the context of swimming, sports and church trips in the city area of Königswinter. The contract is to be awarded for 2 years until 31.12.2026; The tender includes 14 lots; Scope of service:; The trips take place in the city area of Königswinter. These are trips between the schools and the swimming pool, the sports facilities or the church. The trips usually take place weekly or fortnightly. The dates, times and routes are fixed. In total, there are 20 or 21 regular trips for 10 schools or school locations in the Königswinter area; there are currently a total of 20 trips per week. Due to the closure of the Am; Palastweiher gymnasium, the 3 trips originally planned cannot take place there. Therefore, only 2 replacement trips to the gymnasium in the Niederdollendorf school center will take place. As soon as the gymnasium can be used for school sports again, the trips to Palastweiher will take place again instead of the replacement trips. A total of 21 trips must therefore be taken into account when calculating the total order volume.
