The city of Ingolstadt is planning a reorganization of the district sports facility south-east at Geisenfelder Straße 1, whereby the planning is divided into two areas: Area A includes the grandstand construction with the functional rooms for amateur and popular sports events as well as the redesign of the open spaces and outdoor sports facilities for club sports, while area B includes the facilities for school sports at the adjacent secondary school and business school. This includes the ball games hall with dojo, the outdoor sports facilities for school sports, including the necessary operating rooms and the outdoor facilities. The existing sports halls for club sports and the grass training pitch are not included in the scope of the subsequent planning for the reorganization. The HVAC planner is responsible for the wastewater, water and gas systems (ALG 1), the heating supply systems (ALG 2), the ventilation systems (ALG 3) and the HVAC-related parts of the building automation (ALG 8).The required systems are to be planned and constructed for both area A (grandstand building and ticket office) and area B (ball game hall with operating rooms, including dojo and operating rooms for the outdoor sports facilities). In addition, the HVAC planner must provide the outdoor facilities planner with input for the flooding verification with regard to the calculations. This service is compensated with the basic fee and the basic services of service phases 1-9 (LPH. 4 only for Annex 1) of the technical equipment planning service profile in accordance with Section 55 (1) HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 No. 15.1 are awarded. Annex 15 No. 15.1 in the plant groups 1, 2, 3 and 8 (pro rata) (HLSK). In addition, the following special services (see fee sheet for more specific descriptions) are awarded:- Preparation of the technical part of the room book (LPH 2)- Participation in the in-depth cost estimate (LPH 2)- Updating of the technical part of the room book (LPH 3)- Preparation of the maintenance planning and organization (LPH 6)- Preparation of interdisciplinary operating instructions (LPH 8)- Monitoring of the rectification of defects within the limitation period (LPH 9)
