The city of Coesfeld intends to modernize the school center at Holtwicker Str. 4-8, to rebuild parts of it and to expand it with new buildings. Address: Holtwicker Str. 4-8 48653 Coesfeld The modernization of the Coesfeld school center includes the refurbishment and modernization of the listed 1970s buildings as well as an extension of the school complex with additional new buildings - the school building for the Theodor-Heuss Realschule (THRS) and a new canteen building. Materials and elements of the 1970s building from the period of construction will be taken into account due to their heritage value and preserved where possible.
