Description

The city of Castrop-Rauxel intends to rent a semi-stationary speed measurement system that can be moved by car for a period of 4 years. The semi-stationary measuring point must be able to permanently monitor the simultaneous traffic flows of both directions (inbound traffic) as an independent measuring device at freely selectable, arbitrary locations in the city area for a period of at least 7 calendar days (24\/7) and must not be dependent on an external power supply source during this period. Camera monitoring via remote data transmission must be possible. The offer includes meter installation and calibration support for the entire term of the contract. In particular, taxes; insurance, including vandalism damage; maintenance; repairs and wear and tear are covered by the rental. In addition, staff training (5 persons) for hardware and software must be provided. The provision of a second identical system with a monthly (rental) surcharge is to be offered as an option. The call-off is dependent on approval from the local authority. The approval process is ongoing and the completion of the approval process will be communicated immediately. A call-off can therefore only take place after the start of the contract. The call-off is limited to 31.10.2028.
