Description
The City of Bielefeld is obliged under Section 8 (1) sentence 2 of the Cemetery and Funeral Services Act (BestG NRW) to arrange a funeral if the surviving dependants do not meet their obligation or do not meet it in good time, or if there are no surviving dependants within the meaning of the Funeral Services Act. The aim of this invitation to tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the performance of the above-mentioned funerals at a fixed price.
