Description

The Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (BImA) is supporting the German government's housing offensive to create additional affordable housing to relieve pressure on local markets.
In the federally owned housing estate at Industriehof in Frankfurt's Bockenheim district, 11 four-storey apartment buildings with flat roofs and an underground car park are to be built on plots 11\/191 and 11\/193 (plot size: 6,243 m² and 10,981 m²), Lötzener Straße \/ Rossittener Straße, 60487 Frankfurt am Main. The creation of approx. 155 residential units is planned. Both plots are developed. A preliminary building permit dated 08.02.2024 is available.
The 12 two-storey apartment buildings and a garage courtyard currently located on plot 11\/193 will be demolished in advance of the new construction measures (not included in this tender). The 6 three-storey apartment buildings on plot 11\/191 are to remain unchanged.
As part of a negotiated procedure with a call for tenders (EU-wide), the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks is awarding the planning and construction services for the
construction services for the new construction of 11 apartment buildings with underground garages in Frankfurt am Main, Industriehof housing estate, taking into account the explanations in the present preliminary building permit in accordance with the Hessian building regulations and on the basis of the functional service description (FLB) to a total contractor (service phases 2-8)
