Description
The building of the construction depot is located on the edge of the northern catchment area of the municipality of Bietigheim. Adjacent to it are residential buildings, mainly detached houses, as well as various public facilities of the municipality (sports field, festival hall, playground, etc.). On the opposite side of the road is the municipality's old sewage treatment plant. The old clarifiers are being renovated and extended with a retention soil filter.
The main building of the Bietigheim municipal building depot consists of two halls with a usable area of 835.18m², which are arranged in an L-shape. The halls house the workshop area including offices and social rooms as well as the vehicle hall. There are also gravel boxes and reinforced concrete garages on the site, which are used for storage. A PV system was installed on one of the hall roofs in 2021. In terms of its construction, condition and layout, the building predominantly corresponds to the construction age class.

The cost estimate (as of II\/2024) is as follows:

The subject of this tender is the services for the structural design §§ 49ff. HOAI. The contract will be awarded in stages. In stage 1, LPH 1-4 will be commissioned first. There is no legal entitlement to overall commissioning.
