Description
The Feuerbach district enjoys a high level of popularity among the population in terms of both club sports and individual recreational sports. However, the clubs and organizations based there cannot meet the demand for training times with the current indoor facilities.
For this reason, a municipal sports hall is to be built directly next to the existing "Vitadrom" of the Feuerbach Sports Association in the Wilhelm Braun Sports Park. An extension to the "Vitadrom" will be built between the "Vitadrom" and the new building, which is not part of the award procedure. The planned sports hall will be used in particular for school, club and recreational sports, as well as for competitions organized by local clubs. The construction project does not fall under the German Assembly Venues Ordinance.
The new building is to include a 3-section sports hall (1,215 m²) with 199 spectator seats and an optional usable gymnastics room (90 - 160 m²). It should also be suitable for competitive use for all common sports. This also includes a sales facility for drinks and small food offerings. The layout of the functions should be as compact and space-efficient as possible. Importance is also attached to simple and intuitive usability.
According to a feasibility study carried out in 2021, the existing construction area will be exceeded by the planned new building. This overrun is permitted via an exemption regulation, but must be compensated for by greening the building (roof and façade greening) and greening the outdoor space between the extension and the sports hall.
The construction costs are estimated at
approx. 528,000 euros net for cost group 440,
approx. 169,000 euros net for cost group 450,

The bidder who achieves the highest number of points after evaluation of the award criteria will be commissioned with the further planning and execution in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 4 Section 2, § 55 Technical equipment electrical engineering, service phases 1 to 9.
The City of Stuttgart will carry out the project using the BIM methodology. The office undertakes to carry out the project in accordance with the BIM requirements.
