The BLB NRW invites tenders centrally for all departments of the state of NRW (demand centers) as well as for itself for the demand of consumables of the main product group vermin control agents.
A framework agreement is concluded with the awarded supplier.
Once the contract has been awarded, the data for the consumables is made available to the supplying departments in the web-based ordering system of the NRW Purchasing Catalog (VKA), from which all departments of the state of NRW (including the BLB NRW with its seven branches) can access the data.
The supply units call up their requirements directly via the NRW purchasing catalog and determine the type and scope of deliveries as well as the delivery point themselves.
