Description
The Bavarian State Opera is a listed building. It consists of 3 building sections: the National Theater, the New Rehearsal Building and the Decomagazine.
Renovation measures are planned, including work on the stage machinery, ventilation systems, stage management technology, electrical installations, sprinkler technology and elevator systems.
The measures will be carried out over a period of 3 years from 2025 to 2027 in 3 construction phases (BA) during the breaks in the season.
- 1st BA August 2025, duration 12 weeks
- 2nd BA August 2026, duration 6 weeks
- 3rd BA August 2027, duration 6 weeks.
The time window for the execution times is absolutely binding.
The following construction measures are required for the above measures.
Painting work:
-600 m2 surface coating, walls
-600 m2 surface coating, ceilings
-300 m production of connection joint
-1,000 m2 Protective covering, floor, foil
-450 m2 Protective covering walls, foil
