Description
The aim of the contract is to provide scientific support to the client in the further development of the legal, instrumental and financial framework conditions for the heat transition and to provide technical support in the further development and implementation of the results of heat planning. The project aims to analyze targets and transformation paths for the heating and cooling sector. On this basis, regulatory framework conditions and measures to improve the financing of the heating transition are to be developed. Interactions between the various instruments of the heating transition and the revision of the energy policy framework with existing and anticipated instruments for a climate-neutral energy system at national and European level must be taken into account.
