Description

The aim of the procurement is to secure complex providers for the short-term award of individual contracts for the refurbishment of apartments, commercial properties and other parts of buildings across several trades, in particular to ensure that the rental units can be re-let promptly. The services to be provided include painting, flooring, plumbing, heating, carpentry, electrical and tiling work as well as the main construction work. This can range from minor repairs in occupied apartments to complex repairs in empty apartments and commercial units (for rental or owner-occupation). The contractor coordinates the overall service if he cannot carry it out completely himself and invoices the client for the overall service.
A framework agreement with a four-year term is concluded for each lot.
