The Abfallentsorgungsgesellschaft Region Hannover mbH or "arh", represented by the management, as the client (hereinafter referred to as the client) intends to invite tenders for the collection and disposal of food waste, packaged food, used grease and used glass for approx. 220 contract customers and collection points in the city of Hanover and the Hanover region by the contractor (hereinafter referred to as the contractor).
The total quantity of containers installed is 175 for food waste, 30 for packaged food, 55 for used grease and 230 for used glass, depending on the container volume per year. The quantities stated are an extrapolated number of containers.
The contractor undertakes to provide the client's contractual customers with their own suitable mobile waste collection containers in accordance with EN 840-1 with lids from 60 to 240 liters for food waste, packaged food and waste grease as well as for waste glass collection (for container size for each fraction, see table, point 5.3 of the tender documents). The containers must be cleaned regularly by the contractor.
The containers set up are collected both weekly and fortnightly and optionally on call; these different collection frequencies should be taken into account and included in the calculation.
The figures listed serve only as a basis for calculation; the client cannot give an absolute guarantee for the quantities stated. Nor can the Contractor derive any legal claim to the quantity, as the Client has no influence on the disposal quantities.
The term of the agreement is 12 months from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025. The client only has the option to extend the contract three times by 12 months.
