Description

The Request for Proposal (RFP) for the subject acquisition, Test Engineering Analysis Services (TEAS), is issued at the attached.  TEAS is an 8(a) set-aside requirement, competed as a Best Value Tradeoff Source Selection in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.3.  This RFP will result in a Cost-Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost, and CPFF Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) as set forth at Section B.  The Period of Performance specifies a thirty (30) day contract Phase-in, eleven (11) month base period, and four, one-year option periods.

Offerors shall note, and address requirements at L.3.3.2, as applicable, within seven (7) calendar days of RFP issuance.

Offerors may submit Requests for Information (RFIs) up to 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 06 Nov 2024, as set forth at L.1.4.

Proposals are due via delivery instructions at L.2, no later than 3:00 PM EST on 26 Nov 2024. 

*NOTE, Block 7 “Issued By” identifies W91151, MICC-FORT CAVAZOS WSMR BRANCH as the pre-award contracting office.  Due to system constraints, the “Issued By” office is unable to be updated to the pre-award contracting site, W51EW7, MICC-THEATER SUPPORT CENTER (as reflected in the sam.gov solicitation notice, herein).
