Description
TenneT is one of the leading transmission system operators (TSOs) for electrical energy in Europe with business activities in the Netherlands and Germany. TenneT's task is to reliably supply around 42 million end consumers in the relevant markets with electricity from the high and extra-high voltage grid around the clock. In order to realize this stable power supply, the need for the construction of two new operating buildings in Bavaria and Lower Saxony was determined.
A realization competition is now to be held for the aforementioned projects in order to obtain creative and feasible planning approaches. The aim of the tender is to award all necessary planning services as a "partial general planner" for these new operating buildings to a market participant. These include, based on the HOAI, the entire range of services of service phases 1 - 9 for the specialist disciplines of architecture, structural design, open space planning and building physics. In addition, any special services are part of the scope of the contract.
