Description
The subject of this tender is the embellishment of the Pietà Playground, consisting of: A) Site clearance works; B) Excavation works; C) Construction of an underground water reservoir; D) Construction of footpaths; E) Finishing works; F) Installation of MEP services; G) Installation of street furniture; H) Installation of play equipment; I) Landscaping works; J) Maintenance services. The place of acceptance of the works shall be site at Triq Joe Gasan and Triq Patri Vincenz Portelli, Pietà, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be twenty-four (24) calendar weeks from the Commencement Date, and subsequently five (5) year maintenance services commencing from date of provisional acceptance, and the INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
