Tender for the embellishment of a site at Triq il-ghasel c/w Triq l-etna and c/w Triq il-mons f xuereb, Mellieha, including environmentally friendly paint, sanitary facilities, soil improvers, plants and trees and automatic irrigation systems. The place of acceptance of the works shall be the site is at Triq il-Ghasel, Triq L-Etna and Triq il-Mons F Xuereb, Mellieha, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be thirty-nine (39) calendar weeks from the Commencement Date, and subsequently five (5) year maintenance services commencing from date of provisional acceptance, and the INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
