This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by the BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to Non-Profit Operators to submit proposals for the provision of providing Temporary Winter Shelter Operating Services for the temporary winter shelter site located in Lower Mainland, BC as further described in Appendix D – Scope of Deliverables and in the draft Temporary Shelter Operating Sample Agreement attached as Appendix A.The contact person for this RFP at BC Housing will be:  John Wu, Supply Chain Managementjowu@bchousing.orgAll queries and information requests are to be made in writing only to the contact at the above email address.  No responses to any other form of request will be responded to.Proponents must submit a signed Appendix E – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location, Appendix D - Scope of Deliverables.
