Description
Purpose of the tender :
The Université de Sherbrooke wishes to offer a virtual medical clinic service as well as a service to facilitate access to the healthcare network in order to improve the working conditions offered to its employees, facilitate their work-life balance, improve their quality of life at work and remain an attractive employer in the job market.

The Université de Sherbrooke offers 429 accredited programs, with close to 32,259 students attending annually, and currently employs nearly 8,390 people. A total of 2,459 people will benefit from the telemedicine service.
The Service Provider will provide health services that meet Canadian standards of medical practice, and will comply with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in force in Quebec, including, more generally, the relevant provincial and federal legislation, notably those issued by the Collège des médecins du Québec, the Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec and the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec.
Université de Sherbrooke is seeking bids for the acquisition of Telemedicine Consulting for a maximum term of 3 years, i.e. 2 years firm and 1 year optional.
After the first two (2) years, the contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for an additional consecutive period of 12 months at the price quoted for this option.

Bid guarantee :
No bid security is required.
Performance bond :
No performance bond is required.
Availability of tender document :

Submission of bids:
Only bids received by the time and date set for receipt of bids, in sealed envelopes and properly identified will be considered.
It is the responsibility of the supplier or service provider to ensure that documents are forwarded to the location indicated in the tender documents.
Tender opening :
Anyone wishing to attend the bid opening must be present at the place, date and time indicated in the tender documents.
Reservation:
The Université de Sherbrooke reserves the right, at the time of bid analysis, to refuse all bids submitted, even the lowest.
