Description
You must be able to supply an advanced Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) system with relevant sub-systems and accessories, a Voice Port Controller (VPC), an electronic Patient Enquiry System (ePES), a 4G and 5G Mobile Communication Systems to provide 4G and 5G mobile services to support the hospital’s daily operations.
The ITS consists of a PABX system connected to various sub-systems, including but not limited to: Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), Voice Mail System (VMS), Voice Logging System (VLS), Fixed Mobile Integration (FMI), Call Management System (CaMS).
The CaMS must connect to the authority SMS Gateways, found at the authority Data Centre, to enable SMS messaging through CaMS within hospital grounds.
