Description

The Province has a requirement for Application Services to enhance the security and configuration of approximately 6,000 internal Google Workspace accounts, including associated application extensions within the platform. Application Services will include collaborating with users to ensure the appropriate applications are enabled and that there is no disruption in service as security or configuration changes are applied to all users

The Province intends to enter into an SSA with a single legal entity for a period of 6 months. The Province anticipates the Commencement Date of the SSA will be January 2, 2025. The Province, in its sole discretion, will confirm the actual start and end dates for the Application Services when finalizing the SSA.
The Province may extend the Term of the SSA, under the same terms and conditions including pricing, for up to an additional 6 months.
