1. information on the building measure- general description:The Jakob-Kaiser-Haus, the largest new parliament building, was completed in December 2001. It mainly serves to accommodate about 60 percent of the Members' offices, the parliamentary group staffs and their meeting rooms, the Vice-Presidents' workrooms as well as the disposal rooms for the Bundesrat and the Federal Government. It also houses the offices of the parliamentary services, the press centre of the German Bundestag, media services, two meeting rooms for committees of inquiry and other infrastructural areas of use.During construction, the individual buildings were designed by four different architectural firms. (House 1 and 2: Schweger & Partner, House 3 and 7: Busmann + Haberer, House 4 and 8: Gerkan, Marg und Partner, House 5 and 6: de Architekten Cie, Reichspräsidentenpalais: Van den Valentyn).Underground, a supply tunnel connects the JKH with other Bundestag buildings. Above ground, two bridges connect the building complexes on both sides of Dorotheentraße. The buildings 1 and 5 and 4 and 8 are also connected by pedestrian tunnels.- Client/User:Federal Ministry of the Interior / German Bundestag- Use of the building:Use as an office building for all parliamentary groups and rooms for the Bundesrat.Note: A personal check by the German Bundestag is required to enter the property. Type of construction:Renovation of the corroded fire extinguishing system with conversion and extension part- Project costs (net) for KG 410-480 (except 460) according to DIN 276:The estimated project costs incl. mvB amount to 569.847,00 € of which for KGR 475 according to DIN 276. DIN 276: 381.488,00 €.- Project duration (LPH 2-9):approx. 4th quarter 2022 to 4th quarter 20302. Subject of the orderService area:Technical equipment according to DIN 276 in the:KGR 410 to 480 (except 460) with planning focus on the KGR 475 fire extinguishing system.- Scope of services:According to DIN 276 for cost groups 410, 420, 430, 440, 450 and 480 in service phases 2-9 of the HOAI with basic services and special services:- temporary dismantling of colliding system parts and equipment, provisional solutions, reinstallation and commissioning according to the generally accepted rules of technology and after completion of the work on the sprinkler systemAccording to DIN 276 for cost group 470 Use-specific and process engineering systemsHere: Cost group 475 Fire extinguishing systems in the work phases 2-9 of the HOAI with basic services and special services:- Inventory and comparison with the as-built documents with regard to pipe routing, system components and components of the BMA if necessary. Updating with emphasis on the following planning phases:- Planning and conversion Planning and conversion - as well as partial expansion of the existing fire extinguishing system in the JKH including and emphasising, in addition to the basic services of the HOAI, in particular:- a concept for ensuring fire protection when the fire extinguishing system is decommissioned in rooms and parts of the building- a concept for implementing a measure that is as continuous as possible in an extremely limited period of time and under conditions of construction in the existing building and in operation- observance of the fire protection requirements in the possibly new pipe run of the fire extinguishing pipe- only if absolutely necessary, the existing pipe network calculation is to be checked during the necessary conversion of the fire extinguishing system- participation on site in tests and acceptances by the expert for fire extinguishing systems, if necessary.
