GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company that provides construction, operation and management services for over 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg) as well as for university and municipal buildings.

The municipal sports facility at Heubergredder 38 in the Hamburg-Nord district is being restructured and rebuilt. The existing natural grass pitch will be converted into an artificial pitch for soccer league matches and relocated on the site. Existing tennis courts will be dismantled and also relocated on the site. The pitches will be equipped with floodlights and an irrigation system.

Existing functional buildings will be demolished and replaced by a new functional building with changing rooms, sanitary facilities, the club's office and exercise and meeting rooms.

A new domestic drinking water connection pipe (DN 50) is to be laid on the Alsterdorf sports campus site from the main supply pipe outlet (DN 100) in Heubergredder Street, at the level of the driveway, to the new building (clubhouse).
