Description of Work :
To assist the Transformation and Modernization Services (TMS) directorate, the Information Systems Branch (ISB) in Agriculture and Agri-food Canada (AAFC) has requirements for experienced IM/IT professionals on an as-required basis to provide subject matter expertise and support to the project management of large scale, enterprise-wide and cross-departmental transformation initiatives and sub-projects, including expertise in associated change management, and communications.
This requirement is to provide expert-level advice to assist AAFC in managing the successful delivery of transformation initiatives across the organization; in a manner that effectively manages change and risk in the IM/IT context.
