Description

This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for measures with respect to Indigenous peoples. Only Indigenous TBIPS SA Holders holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 1 at the time of bid closing, in A.14 Web developer and in the National Capital Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs are eligible to compete
This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category(ies):

Description of Work:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is Canada’s National Police Service and has policing mandates across the country at community, provincial/territorial and federal levels. The RCMP is keeping Canadians safe through leading-edge policing and is ensuring employees are equipped with the right tools and resources. This includes developing new strategies to work effectively in the digital world and acquiring modern technologies and tools. With this in mind, the RCMP’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) will be responsible for multiple change initiatives under the RCMP’s Digital Policing Strategy (DPS).
The RCMP Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) Program requires the professional services of two Web Developers (Level 2) resources in order to support the RCMP’s transformation of its website environment, help RCMP with its existing web initiatives and help RCMP define its web strategy.
- Bidders may submit a bid for all resource categories.
