Description
Red Deer County, in partnership with Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors, is proposing and upgrade to the intersection of Highway 42 and Junction Drive and an expansion to the Provincial Rest Area. The intersection upgrades consist of the construction of a 2 lane roundabout at the current intersection location. The rest area expansion includes the construction of an approximate 19,000 square metre paved parking lot along with lighting and stormwater management.
