You must be able to provide an IT professional for 180 days of onsite technical support services to cover for system administration related tasks:

The IT professional should have:

a university degree in computer science or related disciplines
3 years' experience in system administration of Linux or Windows servers, VMWare, Oracle is preferable
experience in operational support of data backup and restoration by Veeam
experience in deployment of applications and problem troubleshooting on Linux platform

The system hardware should be delivered to the buyer within 8 calendar weeks after the order is confirmed.
