Description
The Services of a team of consultants are required by the Ministry of Labour & Social Security for a System Integrator for the design, development and operationalization of an Integrated Social Protection Information System.
The System Integrator (SI)13 must ensure that all system designs and deliverables are compliant with Jamaica's national legislation including the Data Protection Act (2020), the Cybercrimes Act (2015), and the ICT Authority Act (2019). This also includes strategies such as the BluePrint Report, a roadmap and an action plan for ICT Transformation.
The System Integrator (Firm) is expected to comply with World Bank Environmental and Social Standards for Investment Projects applicable to the design, development, and operationalization of an Integrated Social Protection Information System for the Ministry of
Labour & Social Security under the SPIRO Project.
