Description
SWM Services GmbH operates one of the most modern and largest civil TETRA networks in Germany, with 55 Airbus base stations and two geo-redundant Taira's. Around 4000 TETRA terminals communicate on this network.
To ensure network operation and the generation of electricity\/water\/gas for Stadtwerke München GmbH and its subsidiaries, new TETRA handheld and vehicle radios as well as various accessories are required on an ongoing basis. These are to be procured in the course of this tender. The devices will be used for network operation, the municipal swimming pools, power generation and various customers, some of which are external. The TETRA radios and accessories are to be procured in the form of a framework agreement running from 2025 to 2028 with respective call-offs. The client requires handheld radios, ATEX handheld radios and vehicle radios and their accessories. The supplier of the radios must offer network-compatible programming software and hardware with which the user-specific programming of the radios with the required call groups, network parameters and device parameters can be carried out. The supplier must ensure training, technical support and ongoing support for this programming equipment. A product catalog with list prices must be submitted showing which main and accessory components are available from the radio equipment manufacturer.
It is estimated that approx. 800 handheld radios and 120 handheld radios in ATEX design, each with accessories, as well as approx. 200 vehicle charging mounts, handheld microphones and standard rechargeable batteries are required.
