Description

SWM operates/manages various energy generation plants in the greater Munich area. Here, electricity and district heating are generated from geothermal energy, coal, natural gas, residual waste and sewage sludge in various plants. The individual generation sites are divided into the following sectors HKW Nord. The HKW Nord consists of three separate units: Units 1 and 3 are used for waste incineration; the coal-fired Unit 2 is one of the main generation plants for electricity and district heating supply. HKW Süd:
The HKW Süd consists of two separate CCGT units as well as geothermal plant and local and district cooling plant and serve as the main generation plants for electricity and district heating supply. Location - Center: The Central division operates and manages a wide variety of generation plants such as combined heat and power plants, heating plants and geothermal plants, which are distributed throughout the city. The subject of this service description with specifications is a framework agreement for the execution of the services described below (works contract). The scaffolding work must be carried out in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations, in particular DIN 4420 \/ Part 1 and 3, DIN EN 12810-1 and the SWM execution guidelines. To ensure security of supply, scaffolding services are subject to fixed response times without separate differentiation according to weekdays, Sundays, public holidays or night hours. In general, work on Friday afternoons and Saturdays is treated the same as work on other days of the week. This corresponds to an agreed and previously announced mode by telephone order
provision of services on site, within the following response times. If scaffolding material is already on site - within 2 hours. If scaffolding material has to be delivered - within 3 hours.
