PUBLIC INVITATION TO TENDER
The Centre de services scolaires de la Rivière-du-Nord wishes to obtain bids electronically or in sealed envelopes for the conclusion of a professional services contract for the development of a support plan for the implementation of multi-level support systems in a response to intervention model.
The Centre de services scolaire requires the services of a provider able to offer a comprehensive coaching plan for the implementation of multi-level support systems (MLSS) in a response to intervention (RTI) model in the school environment. These training workshops will standardize understanding and develop effective practices of the RàI/SSPM model for all staff working with students across the school service center's primary and secondary schools (approximately 3 schools in total).
TIMESCALE FOR SERVICES: From award to June 30, 2027
DOCUMENTS TO BE OBTAINED :
As of October 31, 2024, any person or company will be able to obtain tender documents, plans and specifications and other documents relevant to the project from the distributor SÉAO (Système Électronique d'Appel d'Offres) by going to the "seao.gouv.qc.ca" site. Documents can be downloaded at a cost set by SÉAO. Assistance from SÉAO is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at 1-877-336-7326.

RECEIPT OF BIDS :
To be valid and considered, all bids must be received no later than 2 p.m. on December 3, 2024. Bids may be submitted by either of the following methods:
a) electronically via the SEAO and must be submitted (i.e. encrypted, transmitted, time-stamped and saved on the SEAO servers) before the date and time set for receipt of bids;
b) in a sealed envelope, at the reception desk of the Centre de services scolaires de la Rivière-du-Nord, 795 rue Melançon, Saint-Jérôme, Québec, J7Z 4L1, before the date and time set for receipt of bids;
Any bid received after this time will be automatically rejected and returned to the bidder unopened.
TENDER OPENING :
Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for receipt of Bids.
The School Service Centre encourages bidders to submit bids electronically.
We remind you that the regulations do not allow multiple bids to be submitted in response to the call for tenders, it being understood that the transmission of the same bid electronically and on paper constitutes the submission of multiple bids.
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS :
This public tender is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements, which form an integral part of the tender documents:
1) Free Trade Agreement (FTA);
2) Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
