Description
GSI's SAP landscape is currently managed by an external service provider.
The support comprises the SAP system including Solution Manager and associated services, the SAP routers and the encrypted VPN connection between the client and the contractor.
Systems that are linked to SAP via an interface are mainly operated in-house and are not covered by the contract (e.g. SAP Content Server).
If the contract is awarded, the data of the SAP landscape must be migrated in cooperation with the current contractor. The hardware for this must be provided externally by the contractor.
