Description
The Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (the "Sépaq") is seeking bids from suppliers interested in supplying cords of firewood (the "Firewood") to Parc national du Bic (the "Facility") under a standing contract.
The Firewood shall be supplied, delivered and corded by the successful bidder (the "Supplier") in accordance with these General and Special Conditions and Schedule A.
Strings shall be composed of a mixture of hardwood species, which may contain a maximum of thirty percent (30%) softwood, excluding species of the poplar family.
The supply contract is for a period of three (3) years, beginning May 1, 2025 and ending April 30, 2028.
