Description
Welcome to the DAS for the hiring of labour OP for the Ter AA Regional Training Centre Foundation. Through this DAS, teaching staff are lawfully hired on a secondment basis based on an hourly rate, which cannot be contracted through the already tendered framework agreements with temporary employment agencies (parcel 1) and secondments (parcel 2). Teaching staff is understood to mean: teachers, instructors, trainers/tutors. The deployment of invigilators is not part of the scope of this DPS. The client reserves the right to withdraw a current request in this DAS if it has been completed through another channel. The aim of this DAS is to appeal to a diversity of providers and to bring supply and demand together in the best possible way. This DPS will be published on the basis of the 2012 Procurement Act and is therefore subject to European Directive 2014/24/EU.
The size of the contract cannot be expressed financially. The contract encompasses all hiring of OP staff required for an organisation such as the Ter AA Regional Training Centre Foundation with 3 280 pupils and 370 employees (2019).
