Description
Welcome to the DAS for the hiring of teaching staff for ROC Rijn IJssel. This publication is a continuation of the previously published DAS, but on a new platform (Negometrix 4). Through this DAS, OP is hired in a legitimate manner on a secondment basis at an hourly rate that cannot be contracted through the already tendered framework agreements with temporary employment agencies (lot 1) and secondment agencies (lot 2). OP are defined as teachers, instructors, trainers/supervisors. The deployment of invigilators does not form part of the scope of this DPS.The principal reserves the right to withdraw a current call for tenders in this DPS if it has been completed via another channel. The purpose of this DPS is to appeal to a variety of providers and to bring together supply and demand in the best possible way. This DPS is published on the basis of the 2012 Procurement Act, and is therefore subject to European Directive 2014/24/EU.
The scope of the contract is financially unimpressive. The contract comprises all the deployment of teaching staff still needed for an organisation such as ROC Rijn IJssel, with approx. 12,000 pupils and approx. 1,300 employees, after the above procedure has been carried out.
