Description
The Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (the "Sépaq") is requesting bids from suppliers interested in supplying and delivering rowboats (the "Rowboats" or "Equipment") for certain of its establishments (the "Establishments") identified in Schedule A. The quantities required and their breakdown by Site appear in the document attached hereto as Schedule C.
The characteristics of the Chaloupes are set out in Appendix B.
The call for tenders comprises four (4) separate lots (the "Lots"). Supply contracts for Chaloupes will be awarded on a lot-by-lot basis.
Chaloupes are to be delivered to Sites from April 2025 to no later than May 1, 2025, unless otherwise specified in Appendix A.
