Description
The purpose of this contract is to award a contract to a service provider to set up a psychological helpline for employees of the DGFiP, DGDDI, Insee and the central administrations of the economic and financial ministries, with an inbound and outbound call system available 24/7. This telephone service can be accessed from anywhere in France (mainland and overseas) and abroad, via toll-free numbers dedicated to the agents of each entity.
The contract also includes :
- setting up outgoing calls at the express request of a beneficiary department ;
- the design and provision of dematerialized communication tools for the psychological support unit, which can be modified and customized by each of the four (4) beneficiary departments;
- face-to-face training or webinars;
- and the provision of monthly, annual and ad hoc statistics and reports.
