PUBLIC TENDER NOTICE N° LOI-270924
PLANT SUPPLY - CONTRACT 2025-2027
The City of Rouyn-Noranda is requesting bids for the award of a 3-year contract for the supply of plants for the Parks and Equipment Department. The services to be provided and the administrative procedures to be followed to obtain the contract are described in greater detail in the tender documents.
Interested bidders will be able to obtain the tender documents as of September 11, 2024, from the Service électronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600, or by consulting the website www.seao.ca, quoting notice number LOI-270924. Documents may be obtained at a cost determined by SEAO.
Regardless of the shipping method the bidder chooses to adopt, all bids must, to be validly received, be delivered in a sealed envelope marked "LOI-270924 - Soumission pour fourniture de plants - Contrat 2025-2027" and be physically located, no later than 11:00 a.m. on September 27, 2024, at the office of the Service des acquisitions of the City of Rouyn-Noranda located at the following address:

Bids received within the standards will be publicly opened by the person authorized for this purpose, in the company of two witnesses, at the office of the Procurement Department of the City of Rouyn-Noranda, on September 27, 2024 at 11:10 a.m.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified cheque representing 10% of the total cost of the bid for the 2025 season, plus taxes.
