France - Supply OF foodstuffs and associated services for the epms du provinois kitchen

Description

This contract concerns the supply of foodstuffs and associated services required to prepare meals in the kitchen of the EPMS du Provinois Jacques Chirac, for the needs of nursery and elementary schools, users and staff of the EPMS du Provinois, specifying that the contracting authority is the Centre Hospitalier Léon Binet (support establishment for the Provins Est Seine-et-Marne GHT).

As fluctuations in pupil numbers cannot be predicted (population increase or decrease, epidemics, strikes, etc.), nor can the consequences of climatic variations on the availability of food products, nor can the possible withdrawal from consumption of foodstuffs affected by a possible food crisis (mad cow crisis, bird flu, etc.) be predetermined, the provisions allowing a contract to be concluded with no minimum and a maximum order quantity are applied.
