The Régie des matières résiduelles du Lac-Saint-Jean requires bids for :
SUPPLY OF A WHEEL LOADER
FOR THE ROBERVAL TRANSFER CENTER
Notice is hereby given that the Régie des matières résiduelles (RMR) du Lac-Saint-Jean is requesting bids for the supply of a new waste compactor for the Hébertville-Station technical landfill site.
Tender documents will be available on October 25, 2024, in accordance with section 620 of the Quebec Municipal Code (R.S.Q., c. C-27.1 and 573) and the Sites and Towns Act (R.S.Q., c.C-19). These documents can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system approved by the government for the application of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (R.S.Q., c. C-65.1), i.e. www.seao.ca.
The bid (the original and three copies), clearly identified, must be deposited in a sealed envelope and addressed to the undersigned, no later than November 25, 2024 at 10:30 a.m., at the following address

The Régie des matières résiduelles du Lac-Saint-Jean does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, or any of the bids received, and declines all responsibility to any bidder in the event of rejection of all bids.
